1. About us
The website fitclub-x.com (the “Site”) is an online store for fitness accessories and online training programs. The Site is owned and operated by PRIMEATHLETIC STUDIO LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under Registration No. HE 479482, with its registered address at Smyrnis 25, Kaimakli, 1026 Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “FitClub X”).

2. Acceptance of these Terms
Please read these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using the Site or placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and our Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to any use of the Site on any device. They are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
3. Products and services
We sell two types of products:
- Physical products: fitness accessories such as weightlifting belts, knee sleeves and shaker bottles, shipped to the address you provide.
- Online training programs: digital training and nutrition programs (for example, Fat Burn Extreme, Mass Gain Extreme and Six Pack Extreme). Access is provided through your account on the Site immediately after payment is approved. No physical item is shipped.
Product images are for illustration only, and minor differences may exist between the image and the actual product. Training programs are general fitness guidance and are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.
All payments are one-time payments. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing.
4. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when registering or ordering, and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
It is forbidden to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the Site in the selected currency (US Dollars by default) and include any applicable VAT. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure, licensed payment service provider. Card details are entered on a secure, encrypted payment page and are not stored by us. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is approved, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If a payment is not approved, the order will not be processed. Products are subject to availability. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
New-customer discount codes and other promotions are subject to the conditions published with them and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Delivery
Physical products are shipped worldwide. Delivery costs, times and conditions are described in our Delivery Policy. Online training programs are delivered digitally through your account.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel an order, return products and request refunds as described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including training programs, text, design, images, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks and code, is owned by FitClub X or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a training program gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own private training. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, distribute, modify or make it available to others without our prior written consent. We may close the account of anyone who breaches this section and claim any resulting damages.
9. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for damage caused by misuse of products contrary to their instructions, or for injury resulting from exercise performed without appropriate medical advice or supervision.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protection given to you by the law of your country of residence.
