1. Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email contact@fitclub-x.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Please email contact@fitclub-x.com for exchange requests.
4. International Orders

For international customers, customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.
